There was a welcome late Christmas present for local personal trainer Aaron Rogers at the weekend.
Aaron, who works in The Gym on the Avenue Road, claimed the €5,000 top prize in the St Patrick’s GFC D-KUBE competition, which was based around the popular ‘The Cube’ gameshow on ITV.
Showing plenty of festive spirit, Aaron then donated €2,500 of his prize money to his beloved club, Dundalk Young Irelands, whom he captained to the Louth Intermediate Football Championship title in 2010.
Well done Aaron, a great gesture in the season of goodwill.
