Plans have been drawn up to convert the former Peak Physique gym in Mill Street from a fitness centre into offices.
Niall Hughes has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission to convert the former gym. As part of his proposal there would be elevational changes to the building, as well as new windows and cladding installed.
Louth County Council are due to decide on the matter by August 13th.
