For many years it was one of the town’s most popular gyms but soon its sporting past could be but a distant memory.
The go ahead has been given to convert the former Peak Physique gym in Mill Street from a fitness centre into offices.
Niall Hughes has been granted conditional planning permission by Louth County Council the former gym. As part of his proposal there would be elevational changes to the building, as well as new windows and cladding installed.
